Darlene Kopp (in particular) and the staff at at your facility at 11 Paramount Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2X2W6 have provided excellent service to my family over the past 6 months. It was always a pleasure to enter the office as they were always so friendly and supportive.Any questions were answered promptly and when I lost the key to my unit they addressed my concern immediately. I wish that more companies were as professional and could accommodate their clients as well as the staff at 11 Paramount do.I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend this company to all of my friends.Sincerely.A very satisfied customerD
5 stars all the way! I Never rented storage before butSentinel storage is my first, I have compared a few storage places before I decided to stay with them. The staff are very helpful they gave me tour in person helping me choose the storage unit that's right for me. The price is very reasonable compared to other places that are overpriced. They had gave me free packing material, free plastic covers for several mattress beds, free furniture protecting wrap and a free truck to move my things in. This is my Second month with them I'm pleased with Service, security and access of the facility.Today I was going in to make payment in their office and I forgot my car key in the car and locked myself out. I didn't know what to do so I went back into the office I told Darlene Kopp who is a very sweet person that was working at the time about what had happened and without any hesitation she offered to call for an emergency road side service to help me unlock my car door at her expense...she didn't have to do that but she did. What beautiful person she is inside and out thank you Darlene I appreciate it!!!

They like to go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience possible. The units are tidy, they have drive-up lockers of various sizes which allows for easy access and a huge time saver, and they are reasonably priced. (you get what you pay for right!)On top of that, if you contact the staff in advance to your anticipated move in date, they offer a moving truck at no additional charge to make your life a little bit easier.
