I spoke with Glen (manager) about some issues that I had and he was excellent to deal with. There is evidence of mice activity (droppings) on some of the wood furniture so watch out if you leave items for extended periods of time without going in there. The second issue came up when I rented their moving truck and it was claimed that there was damage to the truck the next day. The initial walk around could have been more in depth so I recommend that everyone take their own pictures of all sides so you have record. The claim was scratches on the side of the box and it is just too hard to know when , how or if they were there before. Make sure to do you due diligence.
Stored my furniture for a few months and just came to pick it up today and my sofa is full of mice poop! Not impressed at All!Update. You should know who this is as I called and spoke with the manager. Who did nothing to compensate for our misfortune. As you said it happens when other people bring stored food into the facility when theyre not supposed to. And it attracts mice. But there was nothing you were going to do about it compensation wise.
Had a 10x10 storage unit here from December 2017 until July 2018. When I picked up my belongings it was full of mice feces. I called and spoke to the manager who told me there was nothing he could do and I could call my insurance broker because they can't help what people store in their lockers. I told him that if they didn't have anything in place to ensure that then they shouldn't be advertising that there are "clean" because it is false advertising. The manager essentially told me too bad and that they can advertise that they are clean because they make sure that the units are clean before people rent them. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. $225 a month for my stuff to be invaded by mice.
My name is Frances F. I rented my storage locker on September 6, 2018 and i didn't need it on September 7, 2018 went to cancel and they would not refund me. I have not seen this locker or even gone into it. I voiced my opinion since they will not refund me. They are not respectful. Just a money grab. BEWARE!!!!!
