Booked a truck 1 month in advance, when trying to pick my truck up it was no where to be found. Ended up waiting 5 hours for a 20 foot truck to arrive, after finally arriving was told I would be given an amazing rental price, walked out think I would be charged $30 for my rental, one week later I was charged $87. Apparently my time and patience was worth nothing to them, I just don't appreciate being lied to.I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know, and in the future will be finding alternative ways of moving and or storing my belongings.Also in the 5 hours I waited there was almost a constant line with an average of 6 people waiting for service, saying they are slow is an understatement.
Great service and very friendly staff. I just wish when looking at the prices on the site it would include upfront that you cant use your insurance since they are an American company so you have to add 15$ to whatever price you thought you were going to get.
Excellent experience. A different Uhaul location had made some mistakes with my rental and the management at this location was incredibly helpful, understanding and kind. I would recommend this location for their staunch professionalism.
Called them and asked them to put aside all parts and wiring required to install a hitch on al 2018 F150, seams simple it is a common truck. My wife pick it up while she was in the city (we live in Brandon). The said the had no record of the request, after bumbling around for two hours they gave her a box of random parts for many different parts non of witch were for a F150 and charged us $372.
Lots of problems dealing with this place, from location and truck changes to completely cancelling my reservation. So, Id recommend enterprise or Penske or basically anything else.
