Excellent customer service. People are very Friendly and accommodating with needs. No complaints. As the storage is looked after and property seems to be also maintained. Would recommend using this stoage facility as the prices are great along with their promotions.
This is by far the best storage facility I've ever used. The registration process was quick and the price was very reasonable. Sophia was amazing! I was in a hurry and she understood. No fluff, just straight business...but she is so personable!! It was super hot that day so she offered me a cold bottle of water. This is a place I will use again and again as needed, and will definitely recommend to others.
Great experience. Was in desperate need of last minute storage and they made it super easy to reserve and pay! Showed up ten minutes before close to start the process of moving in and they were so understanding and helpful. I was expecting them to be annoyed and they were not at all. Great service and very accessible site/unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage. Very reasonable price for the unit and service you recieve.
Using Access Storage was very helpful not only for staging our home for sale, but also for temporarily storing boxes, so that we could organize our new home systematically, without tripping over boxes. Access storage was easy and convenient to use, as well as reasonably priced.
