Such a nice pub/restaurant. I love they style they're going for with dark woods and old pictures. The food is always great, and the servers are pretty nice!
I've been here many times over the years, from small groups to large groups, and have never, ever been disappointed.service is always attentive, and excellent, and the food is exceptional.the Stafford Burger is highly recommended. How can you possibly go wrong with blue cheese, avocado, and bacon jam? We also enjoyed the Purple Rain Burger during Burger Week 2018. It was excellent.The whiskey glazed donuts are not to be missed, and the creme brulee is perfectly smooth and silky. Years ago they used to have chocolate pot de creme which was one of the best in the city. However, it's been years since they've offered it again. I wish they would bring it back.
Ordered the Grove Burger and Steak Taco, the food was excellent. Literally the food was very delicious and I am usually a very picky eater but here I even enjoyed a taco with grape fruit in it, usually I would pick it out. I would say its slightly pricy but the food was excellent and our server was such a polite lady, I felt they took forever to get my food but it was Friday evening so can't complain, will try some other time. But overall really delicious food. Even the fries were cooked so good and didn't had excessive oil in it.
Blah service and I won't remember my meal a week from now. Nice and busy though. The atmosphere was nice.
Le burger week burger was pretty good. Try the cider in the bottle. Older decor inside, good sized bar. Slot machine to pass the time if you're waiting for someone.
