Probably the best pho soup I've ever had. Including Vancouver and Los Angeles. Good meat to vermicelli ratio. Fresh basil and bean sprouts. Also had the mixed plate with vermicelli. Skewers were done very well. Used actual sugar cane to hold one of the meats. Highly recommended.
Consistently great experiences keep me coming back to Pho Hoang with friends and my girlfriend. Seriously some of the best Pho in Winnipeg. For the quality of the food you will not find better prices anywhere. Great variety to the menu and the freedom to tailor your order to how you like it always keeps me itching to go back sooner rather than later. Add to that a ridiculous amount of bubble tea flavours and you'll be dying to go back even just shortly after leaving. Fast, responsible, professional, friendly service has never disappointed. Pho Hoang has the winning combination here and there's no sign of them letting up anytime soon. They have a new location opening soon and their Sargent location is constantly packed. If you haven't been before I urge you to give it a try, your belly will thank you!
Very clean and nice place to eat. They have a couple vegetarian options, which are always nice. I had the wrap your own rolls with tofu, peanut sauce. I had enough stuff to make 8 rolls! My friend had deluxe pho and was super full and satisfied. The coconut Thai iced coffee was super delicious! Only a star down because they could use a teeny bit of faster service, but not bad compared to service at other places I've been.
Simple but pleasant decor. Washrooms are very clean.....The food. Delicious! Pho is wonderfully seasoned and the meats are lean and trimmed of any fat. The sizzling stir fry is savoury and tasty. I perfectly ended the meal with a bubble tea which light and refreshing. There is a reason it's so highly rated!
I adore this place. It's a little like a hole in the wall and you'd miss it if you weren't looking for it. The wrap your own platter is amazing and they give you plenty of food for your money. It has a wonderful freshness to it which I highly recommend.
