We have had to go to the emergency here twice. The first time was with our severely ill golden. We had to go through end of life with her. The staff was awesome. Compassionate, attentive to our needs and that of our fur baby. The second visit was less traumatic but our eleven year old pup was see quickly, taken care of beautifully, bandaged up and ready for home in a short time. They called a few days later to check on him. I can't say enough about how awesome the staff are to humans as well as the patients that they see.
Everyone was awesome! My dog isn't the nicest dog when he is not feeling well and yet the staff treated him so warmly and calmly. They were very thourough and took the time to outline everything that was needed and made sure I understood all options. This vet clinic had been recommended to me by a family member in this industry. I believe we have found our new permanent vet clinic. I cant say enough great things about them! Thank you!!
When one of my precious dogs had a pretty bad accident, we were recommend by doctors around where we live to bring him here. We brought him in and they were so good with him! I felt everyone was very kind and sympathetic to the situation we were in, when he had to stay for a couple of days after surgery they set up a time so I could visit with him. It was very clean and professional. They even did a follow up call to see how he was doing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who may need emergency services for their fur baby. I am so grateful that we found this 24-hour veterinarian! Everyone we dealt with their was so kind and helpful and amazing. Our rabbit was incredibly sick and they were very upfront about all of our options, the risks involved and what the costs would be. They were able to take care of the little guy and get him all better as well. They were more thorough in explaining details to us and informing us about changes to our rabbits care going forward then other vets that we have taken him to.I was quite impressed with their facilities overall. They were able to show us his x-rays digitally and keep those with his file. They also have a water rehabilitation treadmill for big dogs.
