I have been bringing all my fur babies to the Sherbrook Animal Hospital for the past twenty years. I just wish family doctors and their staff would treat me as well as my fur babies are treated at the Sherbrook Animal Hospital. The vet and his staff are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable. They not only know my dogs names but they know mine also. They practice true family medicine.
I have been taking our pets here for about 15 years and have always experienced a high level of care and service. I had one minor incident when the new Dr took over the practice, but after discussing it with the Office Manager it was resolved very quickly. Their rates are also quite reasonable.
Well I should have waited for a few days before I wrote my first review because (Tank) my cat had a cone on his head for weeks and when I brought him home after a re- check with his cone off he scratched his ear and made it bleed a little but since then he has yet to touch his ears and it seems as though the problem is gone.I am very pleased with the work theses doctors did. They were so nice to me and my little buddy. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for your help. Sorry for my first post it was in haste and I am just happy everything is ok now.
We have been going to Sherbrook Animal Hospital for over eight years. Dr. Shiraz Juma was our vet for my mother's dog and then, when we got our two dogs, we stayed at Sherbrook. Now, Dr. Herkewal looks after our two mini-schnauzers. He is always kind, informative, gentle and caring. I have phoned in on many occasions, asking questions and getting information and they are always willing to take the time to help me. We recommend them very highly!
Well. I am very disappointed and I'm taking my dog to another doctor starting today. When a doctor is being asked about dog's eye, looking at it, telling us that its an irritation from a hair around it and that's it, calls it an examination and charges 60$ I'm out of the clinic. Robbery in a day light. Sorry but not sorry. I'm giving the clinic 2 and not 1 because we spayed our dog there and it went ok. This is the only reason.
