The staff for the most part is polite. However they are poorly organized and have repeatedly failed to meet satisfactory expectations thrice in a row. There are better hospitals out there. This one is meh. Better trained employees is desperately needed. And Precious Pet Cremations is a sham. Poor service and the hospital charged me full price for a range of services that they both did not even honor! This hospital and their affiliates are garbage.
I absolutely love all of the staff here! All are very caring and compassionate people. I also find their prices to be reasonable compared to other places weve gone to. They take great care of my fur babies and we never feel like were just a number, there. Thank you St Norbert Animal Hospital!!!
Best vet experience we've had in a long time. They fit us in with an emergency without an appointment. Price was very affordable and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommended.
Great service. Was able to get my pug (Ella) in same day I called to book an appointment. Didnt wait long to see the vet. Vet was excellent and answered my questions. The staff was great and friendly. The drive is a bit long but worth every trip. I highlyrecommend anyone who has an animal to use this clinic for their pets health and needs. They were great dealing with our cats. It was their first visit since they were a few months old. They are now just over a year old and do not handle outside people well. My boy was very difficult to deal with and they were very understanding and gentle with them.
