Amazing staff. Saved my cat's life years ago as soon as she was in need, since then they have treated her a few more times for minor ailments and also helped our other kitty cross the Rainbow Bridge comfortably. They are compassionate, empathetic, gentle, and will do their best to accommodate you and your family member.
So amazing with your pets! And very nice to deal with in general. And they don't over charge you!
We have never had a bad experience with Birchwood Animal Hospital. The people working reception are always kind, helpful and informative. The space is always clean and well kept. We love Dr Hanna who is our dog's vet. She is lovely and takes the time to get to know the dog and always answers every question we have. We would definitely recommend this clinic.
