The store is very clean and tidy. The unobstructed wider aisles are kept clear which makes shopping a pleasure. I was there during the after work rush and the checkouts seemed well manned as the lines moved quickly. Lots of free parking.
I loved No Frills in the beginning. They were wonderfully cheap and I wanted to know where they had been all my life. They changed. Rapidly. First some of the things I regularly used were constantly out of stock. Then I noticed the price hike. Then the prices came down. Then they shot back up. I'm not impressed anymore. I live on a fixed income. I cannot afford prices that go up and down like Donald Trump's moods.

Generally decent for quick trips for basic items. Limited choices. Staff is generally pleasant. It's inconsistently clean. Sorry to see more and more security.
I love No frills. They have the cheapest deals in the city and their produce always lasts a long time. They price match and have a points system cant get any better than that. The only thing is I wish they had more variety at the Main Street location.
