Love shopping here. Helpful employees and the aisles are always clean and stocked. Wish there were more household items because it is a SuperSobeys but still very great selection and produce is always great.
Never wait in line. Self check outs are always free and customer service is good.
I just moved to the area and was expecting alot from a Sobeys extra! But I was really let down. Don't get me wrong I suppose the "extra" part was extra, lots of pre made food and a nice bakery but it took away from the regular store, selection seemed smaller than the regular Sobeys I'm used to. But my biggest disappointment was how messy the store is, shelves empty (on a Wednesday) and food packages all over the floor and food in places it didn't belong, it really felt like no one had cleaned up or stocked in days! I'm now sad to leave my grant park Sobeys.
I love this sobeys. The fruit and veggies are always fresh, the shelves stocked and not to mention the friendly staff!! I am especially thankful for the free banana amd cookie for the kids to keep them occupied,
Disappointed by the lack of attention in the sandwich/pizza area . . . wanted a 'behind the glass' sandwich, but the attendant kept walking past me numerous times without even looking in my direction. I shouldn't HAVE to exclaim, "Hey!" to get someone's attention when they are literally 6 feet from me and NO ONE ELSE was in the area at all. I was the only person there to be served. I left without getting served. I don't yell, "Hey!" to get service...I just don't come back. Not good. Won't be back.
