They are well knowledgeable of there products and were they are in the store and if they don't know they find someone who knows there products are very good depending in what you are looking for
Picked up lubricants for my vehicle. Found the parts prices to be very high. Went to ROCK AUTO online for parts at less than half the price with shipping included. I used to buy my auto parts here but in recent years the prices don't make it worth it
I just made a return at CT and did not bring back my CT money. What a shock when I was charged 10 cents for something I never paid for in the first place and has no monetary value. This policy is a joke, should be illegal. I guess thats how CT pays to print their money, what a scam. Will never shop there again. Home Depot or Rona are just down the street!
Good store staff very friendly don't get my vehicle serviced here but purchase all sorts of stuff .
Had a low tire and after putting air in it I took it to the service centre to have it checked for a leak. After they checked it I was told that they couldnt fix it because the inside of the tire was shredded and the rim was bent from me driving on a flat tire. Well having been screwed over by other mechanics I was expecting something like that and when the guy told me that I would need a new tire for $183 I told them I was calling my son for advice. He said I should ask to see the damage. Another employee took me into the service area and guess what, no damage except for a small puncture. No bent rim, no shredded tire. So they then agreed it could be fixed for $38. What crooks!
