We are very happy that we went with Winnipeg Supply. The sales consultant, Shaun Gray, was very helpful explaining the differences between the different furnaces and ac units. He explained the different payment options and once we picked one, he scheduled an installation crew within 2 days. John and Marc S. were the 2 guys installing the new AC unit, furnace and thermostat. They did a clean, neat job and finished in the same day. They were very friendly and made sure that any questions we had were answered. After about a week, Shaun came back to do a follow up to make sure we were happy with everything and to answer any questions we might have. We are very impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the installation and how friendly and professional Winnipeg Supply staff are. We had a very good experience.
Excellent, genuine, efficient and professional right from the service workers to the sales rep. I have three fur babies (cat and dog) and they were fine with them wandering and checking them out. The sales rep Shaun was very friendly and knows how to be around yappy dogs. And he takes the time to assess what the situation is and recommendations of the services person. At the end I was offered three options AND the option to purchase or rent. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner and ended up getting an air exchanger. Im a single income home owner and the option to rent the entire systems was my choice. I make reasonable monthly payments (I was going to anyway when I thought I was going to purchase) and I never have to pay additional fees if anything breaks down or pay for another air filter for another 2 to 4 years. They give you an extra one with the new system. Im very happy with the service and efficiency of the company employees and the products. And the fact that I could rent. Ive had the three systems since August.

He answered all my questions about the boiler, did not try to sell extras, and advised what to look for if further future work was necessary. Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely call Winnipeg Supply again.August 21, 2018Another great experience with Winnipeg Supply. The City broke the shut off valve to the outside water and as a result I had to shut the water off to the whole house. Jeff the technician came the same day and provided an interior valve as well as fixed the exterior issue. The issue was resolved expediently, expertly and professionally. Thank you again Winnipeg Supply for hiring such knowledgeable people.
As soon as I realized my furnace wasnt working I called Winnipeg Supply right away because of their reputation. A tech came out immediately to assess the situation. Unfortunately the repairs would have costed almost as much as a new furnace but within the hour the sales rep was at my house discussing my options. Shaun was so helpful and brought space heaters to keep me and my son warm until my furnace could be installed. Marc and Cody, the techs who installed my new furnace, were amazing. They kept everything so clean and explained everything to me as they worked. I would recommend Winnipeg Supply to everyone I know. I cant thank them enough for helping me out so fast.
Our central air unit decided to go on the blink during one of the hottest Fridays of summer... 8:00AM Called Winnipeg Supply - receptionist was most helpful8:45AM Tech arrived to assess situation - we made the decision to go with a new unit9:40AM Sales representative arrived to help advise the best suited A/C unit11:30AM Tech team arrived to start the install 6:30PM Install complete with review of new system Service was second to none! The whole process was seamless, pleasant, and customer friendly. Having the new system in place for Friday evening really helped keep us stay cool for a great weekend.
