As RP stated the room was not what we thought we were paying for, it was not a suite and when questing the lack of a room divider I was told "oh we had those taken out years ago" We were definitely baited and switched. Second to this the room was borderline dirty, I had already been told I could check out in regards to the type of room so I wasn't going to complain again so I cleaned the diabetic test strip off the floor, the mud off the couch and the stains (possibly feces) off the front of the toilet myself. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
Room was dirty and staff unfriendly. Hot breakfast is a joke. Wont be staying at a comfort inn again.
This place was perfect especially for the price we paid! The room was nice and clean. Water drained properly from the tub. Ac was working good. Little fridge in the room is always handy. Bed was very comfy. Staff was very helpfull. We will definitely go back!
Good place to stay. Clean, courteous staffs and much better breakfast compared to other hotels in the same category.
King suite room was not as described what so ever. Got this room as it advertised and showed a sitting area, with couch chair and coffee table. Only to find out the only thing was a couch randomly thrown on the side of the room. Inquired at front desk only to be told the pictures aren't of the rooms and we should have a coffee table, which we didn't, and then offered for us to check out and leave. We obviously had no choice but to stay. Also the king suite was in a separate building so we had to walk outside and through the parking lot for ice and such. The room was mostly clean as long as you enjoy diabetic test strips on the floor, mud on the couch, and possible feces on the toilet. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and very well supplied though and is the only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1. They pulled the old bait and switch. Stay somewhere else.
