Hotel room was in very good condition, however, there is no included parking. After checking in, you must drive around the block to park in a parade which is an additional $15 nightly, also the parade elevator is broken (so you will be waking a few flights of stairs) and has been long enough to warrant a permanent sign. Also the hotel elevators were both suck at ground level and would not open from the lobby, the clerk had to walk to the basement to call the elevator and then send it from there to the lobby. The staff were nice, and helpful (including recovery of a forgotten item). My biggest complaint was the surprise parking fee.
Very nice hotel. The lady in front desk is very nice and helpful. The room is very clean, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stay. The food in restaurant tastes very good, and their restaurant always open late at night
Really enjoy my stay here on a business trip. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love that the hotel aims to respect the environment and reduce its effect on the environment.
I had booked this hotel through Priceline. The hotel confirmed they had standards rooms available before I booked it online. Got only to be assigned to a handicapped accessible room. I explained to the manager that its hard for me to navigate through the washroom and even to sleep comfortably in the bedroom as it was set particularly to be used as an accessible room. Rather than allocate me to another room at least, they decided to deny guests who actually need the room as they would not offer a refund and instead sold other standard rooms for higher prices that night. I checked out after just spending a night at the hotel but till date they charged me for four nights and never issued me any refunds for nights not spent. Terrible place, unclean washroom , lots of druggies parading the area and unprofessional staff.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. There's a fair number of food places nearby as well.
