Extremely disappointed of the customer service offered at this restaurant. Its a shame that the food is quite decent for Winnipeg but the people over the phone who has taken our order over the phone would sigh each time we asked for price question belittling our humanity. Aside from the language barrier, these people will not apologize for their unprofessional behaviour. Mistakes our order and still have the audacity to sigh at us as if we are taking up their time. These people have no sense of customer service etiquette. especially the ladies working there and serving. The guys who waiters are more understanding and compassionate than the impatient waitresses. I've only been a couple times but the food is fantastic. Simple fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. You can get your plates as spicy or as non spicy as you would like. They have a great inexpensive lunch menu and the dinner menu isn't much pricier. Highly recommend for a date or group meal.
