I order a pasta dish, but the dish didnt have a lot of sauce on it I ask them for some more sauce and they said they couldnt. I work in a restaurant before and the one thing my boss told us is to do what ever the customer said so if their fries are cold get them new fries and ect. I will not be coming to chicken cheif unless i absolutely have too.
DO NOT CALL AHEAD TO PLACE AN ORDER. Twice we have waited 25 minutes for our food drive there and they told us "oh we dont have any orders" what a joke. Another customer who came to pick up his food had the same thing happen as well. Obviously you dont want anymore business than the people eating in, so we wont be back. Btw update the God awful decor inside.Just to add I've ate inside once and the service was pathetic. We had to wait 7 minutes at the front for anyone to appear to pay our bill, cooks walked by like we were invisible and didnt tell the server people were waiting.
My first time at this location. Ordered a two piece dinner to go. My meal came in good time. When I got home and started to eat, the chicken was super greasy. I could not eat anymore after my first bit. The fries was very dry and bland tasting. Paid almost 13.00 for two greasy pieces of chicken, fries and a bottle Pepsi. Totally not worth it. The restaurant it self was very dirty looks like the three staff talking was only there to talk. I have taken some pic and will upload. Do not go to this location. Management need to take full responsibility and accountability.
Have eaten in the restaurant twice in 2 years and both times (after 6 pm), there was zero service, had to check in on them each time to even get order taken though the restaurant was dead. They messed up the order, yet both times staff were busy chatting it up. Do NOT waste your time or money at this location- Marion Street location way better!
Rather eat a dog then go to this place. Food is so greasy just like a middle schoolers hair. I would highly not recommend it to you. If Gordon Ramsey came here just to visited it would turn into hells chicken. The cooks are like certified idiots.Dont go here to eat...
