Horrible visit, I visit hospitals as little as possible but this one put me off for life. Went in with a bulging back disc, came out after 4 hours with just a doctors note and lighter wallet. Tried to give prescription for over the counter medication I told him I was doubling up on and had about 200 of at home. If these are type of people we're putting our lives in hands of, I'm genuinely worried
Had a procedure scheduled for this past week at 1:15 P.M and was advised to report to admitting one hour ahead (which I did). Eventually was taken into procedure room at 2:30 P.M. The wait time really wasn't the issue, what is important is how the nurses take your personal information. Instead of being assigned an independent examining room, patients are now lined up, side by side, in large armchairs - literally elbow to elbow. The nurse then comes and sits right in front of you (and literally all the others in chairs, waiting for their procedures) and starts asking all the information which is required in order to complete the admittance forms. There is ABSOLUTELY no confidentiality during this time. Where even at a drugstore, when you are dropping off a prescription, you are asked to be respectful of others privacy and stand well back, in order not to infringe on their space - would you not think this would be even more important when having a medical procedure done? If this is the direction our new health care system is taking, I, for one, am not impressed. On a positive note, my nurse, Trina, was absolutely amazing!
Mostly friendly staffs, reasonable waiting time, equal treatment to everyone. Oh, rmb to bring your health card.
Had a very good experience in the ER today. Had a laceration requiring stitches on my hand. Was in and out stitched up in 90 mins. Thank you for the excellent service ER staff
Worst hospital I have ever been to in my life.. this hospital should be renamed as a WAITING HOSPITAL rather than its present name.. so sooooo disgusting hospital.. waiting.... waiting... and waiting... stuffs are 100% careless even also doctor 200% careless. If u go there for your physical problem they reward u mental stresses & illness rather then treatment. i never ever recommend anybody to go to this hospital.. if there any option to give zero rating thn I must give it zero..
