The Shapes McPhillips location is convenient as it is relatively close to my residence so I would rate the accessibility as high. I have also invested in an entrance door fob that grants me access 24/7 which is a plus during the holidays or when I work late shifts. There are a large variety of fitness equipment that are regularly maintained. I find the facility to be very clean as the cleaning staff are properly utilized. I am very impressed with the "Queenax" addition. I participate in the "functional Circuit training" class and find the charged atmosphere to be very energetic and motivational. I consider the Personal Trainers to be very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Overall, Shapes is a well reputable fitness facility which provide fantastic services that cater to a wide array of health and fitness needs. I have and will continue to recommend Shapes.
It was great. From the first day (orientation) all the way to the training sessions with the personal trainer, the experience has been nothing but pleasing. Everyone has been accommodating and helpful in explaining/answering queries.The gym is clean and well maintained too.
Poor management with no sense of customer service.They ask people to write good reviews by offering them free gym bags but in actual their management has no sense of customer service. I guess it wouldn't be appropriate to name a person but their receptionist was so helpful and being nice when you walk in asking for membership but when it comes to cancellation, email 100 times but she would not care about cancellation requests instead pushing you to pay for two years when you didn't even used gym for more than 15 days. She tells me pay for year then you would be out of contract instead they charged me till date though we did not use gym for more than 15 days since I signed up. Worst service and over smart staff that is just trying to rip customer's pocket.
I have been training at shapes facilities for over ten years. The facilities are always clean, which makes the experience at Shapes enjoyable. The 24 hour access (with key FOB) provides an opportunity to get is a workout at my convenience, at anytime. Overall, a great gym to workout at to achieve fitness goals.
Fantastic gym. Ali at customer service is so knowledgeable about all of the gyms services and any other questions I have! Very kind! This customer service makes Shapes a more comfortable atmosphere for first time gym goers!
