Love my morning therapy. Early morning workouts in a not crowded gym is the best.
I just changed over from Garden City to this one. Garden City made me second guess changing gyms, it was awful, disgusting. PORTAGE IS EXCELLENT! Clean floors, changing rooms. Friendly staff, excellent facility. Free wifi, great equipment, lots of room.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Grant Park is on fire, great staff, open space, floor plan is good. Great customer service. Kenaston not so much.
Best gym in the city. Spacious with excellent air circulation. Large selection of free weights and machines. Too much equipment for cardio that is rarely even 1/2 utilized.
This GoodLife gym is well equipped to suit the needs of most fitness enthusiasts. The free weights area is well organized with barbell plates stacked correctly with nothing left on the floor. Everything is neat, clean and tidy. The change and shower stalls are spotless. Ive often found though empty soap dispensers in shower stalls. This can persist over many days in the same shower stall so it appears nobody is checking soap levels.
