Love our home here and all the Realtors are like my family members . They really work hard to do the best for their clients - call any of the Maximum staff and you will be happy you did !+and to follow up on some comments made in other reviews... it is so easy to attack when your anonymous and are not required to qualify your attacks. My Realtors are professionals and the take pride in their work and helping their clients. It is sad how people make up accusations to feel powerful ....and after some digging you find they thrive on complaining in all their reviews. "haters will be haters" - in the meanwhile , we continue to do the best we can and carry on doing the best job we can for our clients always ! Proud owner broker - Maximum Realty
Avoid Jagdeep Singh. He was polite to me but became very disrespectful towards my wife. Theres no excuse for this. Maximum realty needs hire people who treat both men and women equally.
Don't listen to Michelle Levesque, her profile picture is of Maximum Realty which makes it a conflict of interest and definitely a biased one. Stay away from this company, their agents are horrendous. Right off the bat, they are difficult to work with. We just purchased a new Kensington house and was just asking when the basement would be started and this Pal Muhar was upset that we were asking him, he said that we should be asking Kensington. He thinks like he shouldnt have anything to do with us anymore since the deal was already done. Right from the start, this guy showed little to no initiative, didnt print proper contract/ ammendment forms and was just scribbling out the sentences which needed to be changed. Our contract looked like a toddler's drawing sheet as there were tons of scribbles and erasures. This guy also always took at least 3 days whenever we request to get something done. He was just lucky we really liked the house. I was even thinking of not purchasing the house because of his lackluster service. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY and I'm gonna tell all my friends and family about it.
