The entire experience from the very beginning was terrible. When we moved into the place it was very dirty, unkept, no care taken to prepare it for us as new tenants. We had to take it upon ourselves to bring it up to standard and we are still continually dealing with ongoing issues that should have been addressed by the property manager first before us moving in.
