I was happy with the service until I realized that my car had been parked OUTSIDE. They say this is standard procedure when they get full. Cars are moved out 3-4 days and plugged in. I wonder why they charge for indoor parking only to have the vehicles outside. They took block heater cord out from under my hood and left it dangling about 3 feet on the right front fender. I did not notice til I got home. Lucky no scratches from cord/plug hitting on fender. I did like returning to warm car and shuttle pick up was fast. Service is costly though and I am not sure if I would do it again.
Fairly inexpensive if you have no one to drop you off at the airport, don't have to worry about your vehicle at all on your trip. Fast shuttle to the airport as well.
One of their rude salesmen dropped of a bunch of cards at our business and placed them at our private property like he owns our firm. We threw them in the garbage.
New automated payment machines at the self-park lot make Check-out a snap. Friendly shuttle drivers assist with luggage at both ends.
