Was made the wrong drink by the bar, & the waitress also never noticed. Staff was chatting continuously in corners & very inattentive. I very much enjoyed my meal, but my partner was surprised to find the 'Cajun' season very spicy.
Only went here once to know that I'll never go back. I went with two friends one night and the bartenders ignored us but continued to serve other women who came up that were wearing less. I had to pretty much stare and shout until one finally acknowledged us. Only took 10 minutes. We didn't feel comfortable being there, the atmosphere and the people around gave off a weird predatory vibe and we haven't gone back since.
Mediocre food and slow service. We were there when it wasn't that busy (lots of empty tables) and waited almost forty minutes for appetizers. Not impressed as we were on our way to a show afterwards. When the food arrived the fries were lukewarm and obviously had been sitting under a warmer. The dipping sauce for the chicken fingers came in a dish the size of a thimble but good luck trying to flag down your wait staff for more. The sliders consisted of burnt little pucks of beef hidden under a mountain of shredded lettuce.
Good apps and drinks. Nice way to end the night after hitting their casino.
Shark club is a great downtown casino. In cityplace on a good bus route. Excellent lounge and restaurant. Good food and daily drink specials. Wheelchair friendly. Went for burger week and their entry was 5 out of 5
