Great for kids.. who loves planes. Good collection of different planes. Volunteer who works there are so helpful and knowledgeable.
Nice place to see some aviation history. I was there for a birthday party and they gave a tour. You got to go into one of the planes, and kids got their picture taken one also. Gets a bit hot in the hanger if it's a hot day (over 30 degrees) There is a lounge area where you can watch airport activity, and a play structure for kids. Overall a cool place to check out!
A nice selection of aircraft and displays to review. We spent an hour and a half, I could have stayed longer but my 10 year old was getting restless. He did enjoy looking at the planes too. Overall, a great couple of hours for the family!
Went about two hours before closing and were lucky enough to receive an impromptu tour from a local volunteer Gerry. He really knew his stuff and had some amazing knowledge of canadian lore and Canada's contribution to worldwide aviation. They also have a single engine junkers!
The staff weren't as friendly as I'd like to report. The volunteer showing us planes didn't know very much so we went off on our own. Minimal signage of what you are allowed to touch or not touch. Hopefully their new building in 2020 will come with happier staff and more do's and don'ts. Admission prices were fair.
