They were curteous and very accommodating. They didn't try to take advantage or oversell at all. We require a quiet atmosphere at the massage clinic, and we didn't hear a sound! From the time I called in the request to the time they finished and collected payment - roughly 1.5 hrs max!! Fast!

Had to do a rekey after moving to a new house, went to the shop, talked to Rob to get an appointement, the tech(don't know his name) was right on time and 35 minutes later my 3 locks were modified and got 3 new keys, all for a fair price.All staff was nice, will go back to them if needed
