This is not a flower source I would recommend to anyone or take the chance of buying again; the substitutions (read their policies) and the supersize ($12) was definitely not worth, total 3 pieces of greens; Poor customer service basically said, ‘did I read their sub-policy’?
Purchased a Christmas bouquet with vase on 23 December 2019 from Bloomex, received a handful of flowers, no Christmas theme at all, vase was different from picture as well. If I could give it no stars, I would. Made a complaint, they didn’t care. Waste of money. Beware a scam.
You will probably have better luck taking your money, and setting it on fire than to order from this joke of a company. I placed my order two days in advance of my delivery date and paid extra to have the order delivered before 12 Noon and they didn't even deliver at all. Do yourself a favour and shop with Dragonfly flowers or a reputable neighbourhood florist.
This company is horrible. My fiance ordered a bouquet called "enchanted cottage" and paid to have them delivered by a certain time. They delivered yellow roses .Completely different from what he ordered and they came after the office was closed. To rectify, he was given 15% coupon for next purchase . there will never be a next purchase from this company. Brutal customer service. Extremely unhappy. Do NOT order anything from here
Today I ordered a very nice bouquet. Exactly my spouse's style. Instead she received yellow roses. She doesn't like yellow roses because they remind her of when her dad passed away. I emailed the company and all they did was send a coupon for 15 percent. I'm pissed. They could have notified me that they had NOTHING like or not close to be similar to what I ordered. I wouldn't have ordered them. Hideous flowers compared to the ones I ordered. Extremely disappointed in their service. UpdateThey have currently given me in store credit but it took several emails. I'm glad they corrected the situation but it wasn't easy.
BEWARE !!!!!! Total SCAM !!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!Website offers various selections and lots of visuals. Specials and deals. What the consumer doesnt know is that it is CODE for flowers that are almost dead and about to be thrown out.I ordered sympathy flowers Designer Sympathy Collection II (DSC-02). Website advertised $80 value for $40. And an additional 15% off. Very enticing. Based on delivery and taxes, approximately $62.The bouquet is mainly white, and cream. Casablanca Lillies (2 stems- 6 blossoms) 7 roses, hydrangea, smaller spray roses, stock flowers, and eucalyptus leaves.The flowers that my friend received looked nothing like the photo. Supermarket flowers at $19.99 looked fresher and better. The bouquet was multicoloured. Very inferior and cheap. 1 asiatic lily, 3 dead roses, blue carnations and 2 purple stock flowers. Not valued at $80. Nor $40 worth. Ive emailed customer service with photos. Their response is The whole point of the offer is that they can not guarantee what products you get because its 50% off. Under their policy; It states that actual bouquets will vary from photo. WHY have a catalogue of arrangements to choose from? It looks nothing like it. False advertising.So basically, you get whatever thats in the clearance bin. In response to the dead flowers, they blamed it on the heat upon arrival. No refund. No credit. Not ever ordering from them again. I should have used my regular florist. Buyer Beware. Scammed!
I was a little apprehensive about ordering flowers online, I have always gone into the florist personally to choose what I wanted. I'm so happy I decided to use Bloomex. The flowers I ordered for my mom we're delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful!She loved them ! . The bouquet I ordered actually looked better in person than it did on the website!The next time I need to send flowers,I will definitely be using Bloomex
