Amanda always takes great care in making my reservations and my husbands. My husband travels extensively for business and her assistiance is critical in making his travel easier. We used her initially since we liked her last name. :-) She has always ensured that our preferences, like seats or beds, are included and correct in reservations. I would recommend her to anyone.
I booked my very first trip to Europe with Flight Centre Polo Park, and I must say, I had the best experience! Krystle was VERY helpful in planning my trip to Italy. I definitely recommend Flight Centre polo park to all. If you want friendly and great customer service, this is the place to go! :)
The worst experience! We explicitly detailed what we had wanted in terms of flights and buses and our agent misheard us and did not book one of our flights. We found out as we were leaving for our trip. When we called the Flight Center during our trip to correct for this, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed we said we would make our own arrangements and take a bus, which we did for one city only, but not the next because it would be completely illogical to do so. The flights they then offered would cost us $500 US between two US cities and they refused to offer us any discount. We ended up making our own arrangements with one of the airlines the Flight Center is not connected with and got on a last minute flight for under $100 US.They also guaranteed we would have free shuttle access to the Universal and Disney World parks, but what they didn't tell us was that these shuttles do not go to all the parks and have a very specific schedule that ends hours before the parks actually close. We ended up spending an extra $250 on travel expenses because of this.They are kind and courteous in person and initially found us great deals, but as you can see, if something goes wrong you will likely be on your own. We will only make our own plans in the future.

Our trip to Mexico was great but our purchasing from flight centre caused nothing but headaches. I had gone in person to purchase a trip and after choosing the place, I payed for it by credit card. After I had left, the person I was dealing with (I forget her name) took a call from another costumer who was buying a flight over the phone to somewhere that cost over $1000. It turns out that she used my personal information and credit card information to buy this other persons flight. The only reason I found out about it was that I checked my credit card statement a couple days before leaving for my trip. I had to contact them and let them know what happened. They did not know and would not have corrected anything had I not initiated it. They had no explanation for how this happened or why and almost didnt even apologize to me. I was not happy with the way they handled the situation and they did nothing for me other than awkwardly and quietly standing around while refunding me. I would not recommend.
