LCL was recommended by a family member because of their customer service and they didn't disappoint. Eric and Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our tub. The young men delivering were polite and professional! And might I add their tubs are made in Canada,which was important to us. Very happy and ready for a long winter with our new tub! Thx LCL.
Bought an 8 person Mirage Curve from LCL. From the moment I met the people at LCL I got a great feeling. We finally did end up purchasing the Mirage Curve spa from them. We have had nothing but A++++ service from the beginning. Staff, installers and contractors such as electricians and boom truck were amazing people. The ways their contractors treat their customers is a reflection of the great hands on personalized family business they are known for. We had their recommended electrician do the electrical install in our home. They also arranged boom craning the spa in to our yard along with perfect placement literally to the inch. My experience with LCL has been nothing short of outstanding. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend LCL. As far as the Coast Mirage 8 person wellness spa goes..... its beyond belief. It has exceeded all expectations. Its a magnificent spa. Its infinite in its adjustments for he perfect massage. We have used it almost daily for months. Every time we are in the spa it is truly an invigorating experience. No need to go to any spas town for relaxation. The Coast Mirage in my backyard puts them all to shame.
Fantastic!!! Great to deal with a family business, they care about us and how happy we are with our hot tub. We have had our hot tub for 6 years now. Reliable and still looks like new. Jay, Trevor, Eric and the staff are all fantastic. 6 years of help and advice that includes a great selection of quality chemicals, advice on what type of water treatment is best for us and regular water sample checks. Absolutely no better place to deal with!
Absolutely love our Coast Spa from LCL! Jay, Trevor and the crew have been amazing from the sale, to the delivery, to promptly dealing with any issues or maintenance the experience has been top notch. Buying from a family business that takes pride in their after-sale is the business you want to give your hard earned $$$$ to, my deck was a pain in the ass to get the tub into and they made it look easy.
Just replaced our hot tub that we got 11 years ago from LCL. Jay and Trevor were as helpful as always and even my wife had to admit to Jay that the tub was perfect. Shout out to Tyler and the delivery team tough work at 40 above. Have been dealing with LCL for 11 years always professional excellent service but friendly enough to joke around.
