Professional and top notch from the get-go. The sales guy Jamie was my 1st contact, and probably the 4th or 5th estimate I received after shopping around. From his professionalism and ability to answer all of my questions, to a reasonable estimate, I knew right away this was the company I would choose.I had the entire exterior done : soffit/fascia/siding and trim, and exterior insulation. The workers were punctual, hard working, accurate, respectful, trustworthy. Very happy with the entire experience.
Excellent customer service from the initial consult right to the completion of the work. Kept us involved throughout the process and answered all of our questions anytime we had one. Their work was neat and tidy and they respected our home and yard while working on the roof. Prices were good and sales person Jamie Friesen was incredible to work with. He was honest and let us know exactly what we needed to replace the roof and how soon we needed to. He even caught that other items on the roof needed replacing and advised a timeline for when we should get them done. They were very informative! Would highly recommend!
Very happy overall with our experience with Lansard Bros. They re-shingled our home, as well as put up brand new siding, eaves, soffit and fascia. Our home looks incredible! Jamie was excellent to work with and sorted out any concerns quickly. Would definitely recommend to others.
We had lansard put a new roof on our house these folks sure understand how to run a top notch business from beginning to end they did all the steps right starting with our estimater Jamie he was polite had knowledgeable,I was a roofer in my younger day so I had all the tough questions and he had all the right answers.The installers were great and job was done right plus they did a great clean up job and did not damage evestrough like many do.Then much to my surprise they sent a inspector out to check the whole job he found a couple of small problems that I did not notice and repaired them.I highly recommend the lansard team they are not the cheapest but very reasonable in my mind worth every penny.Regards rob
I had Lansard put a new roof on my house and was very happy with the results. I originally called them about doing some custom Gable vents, but after some repair work was done, I was informed by my estimator (Jamie) that my roof was nearing its end of life and it would be better to replace it before any further damage occurred. The workmanship on the roof was top notch and the crew was very professional. They left my yard clean and my garden unscathed. They even sent out an inspector after the work was done who left a report card on the work. I will use Lansard for any roofing work I need in the future.
