Horrible. 10 mins on hold so i hung up and called again. 20 mins on hold i just said forget about it. Thought they were here to serve the public. And i had a valid question as well as picture of a woman who almost tboned me while on her cell phone while my kids were in ny truck. And YES it showed her in the vehicle driving with a clear shot if her license plate
Went early in the morning, very polite staff, process was quick and easy to report a motor vehicle collision. They took details down word for word and let me read my statement after to check for accuracy.
45mins + on hold now for repeat thefts at my home...but come tomorrow morning they will be EVERYWHERE giving out traffic tickets all day. But hey, priorities, right? Maybe you could send one of those "traffic" cars that are all nice and disguised down my back lane sometime to catch some REAL criminals??

purchased a criminal record check. waited months for it. emailed them to ask whats taking so long. they said "sometimes the mail is not delivered" and I need to come buy a new one. This is literally theft by our WPS.They dont even pick up the phones. typical government employees. lmao.
