Clean premises nice service and good food
Ordered the usual, Fatboy and a poutine and today the Fatboy decided to be a medium boy today. Poutine great as usual. Line in the drive thru took longer than usual, but kinda expected from past experiences. Food still taste great.
Poor service, unreliable and makes no attempt to fix mistakes. Working outside in 30+ heat so ordered a 2l to go with my lunch. Juniors did not send the drink and when I asked them to fix their mistake they forced me to deal with skip the dishes instead, to get either a refund or pay another delivery fee to make up for Juniors mistake. Way to many good burger places to risk eating here.
Went out with my parents for lunch, ordered 3 poutines. By the time we got home we had found out that there was only two and no receipt. So being ripped off we called in, they said it was no problem and we could pick up the other poutine. Thing was when we got there not even a full hour after the call was made, there was no order needing to be picked up. I will for sure never be eating here again! sincerely, a no longer customer.
Great fries and Greek salad!! Decent veggie burgers (although as is often the case when cooked by people who don't actually eat veggie burgers they tend to be undercooked a little). Really REALLY wish the gravy didn't have meat in it. We would go there a lot more.
