I came today around 4:30 pm to purchase and the cashier was a old lady named Janice (her name tag). Her attitude was bad. No "hi", "how are you" or " thank you". All she did was scan my alcohol and didn't even bother ask if I have the air miles card or my ID. She then put my bottles in the bag and put a sign without saying a word. Excuse me, am I invisible or are you racist? This is the last time I come to that store.

This MLCC location in Madison Square was renovated in 2018 and it looks much better than it did previously. The renovation converted the classroom and training area to space with store shelves to showcase new products (i.e., its about one third larger now). This location is well-organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ive asked many questions about beer, wine, hard liquor, etc. and staff appear to be well-trained and offer helpful advice. There is a refrigerated section near the checkout with a number of types of cold beers for easy pick-up.
