The owner is not a person who should deal with public. He does not keep change on hand calls you stupid when his one and only change machine doesn't work
The staff is helpful and they seem to keep their machines up and running.
Sorry You had a problem with the change machine! But you wanted to change nickels and dimes into loonies and quarters! But the machine will not do that! As for the store dose not carry lots of money in the till for safety reasons! Sorry we are not a bank! But we suggested that you walk across the street to the credit union and they will exchange it for you! but because you had so much we also suggested you will have to roll it! Sorry! All we can say is the change machine works great and saves time and is like a safe for the safety of staff and convenience for laundry customer's
