As a young newly wed couple we went into the store the other day to look at beds the staff was more than courteous to us, they always go above and beyond expectations. We ended up purchasing a new bed and bed frame from the furniture department. Both sales staff were amazing. They take the time to help you and make sure that you are getting what you need not what you want. The sales staff are not pushy or judgmental (we came in sweats not looking our best) and someone is always there to assist you. We will make sure that we recommend the sales staff to all our friends and family.
We recently bought a chair at Dufresne and had an amazing experience! The staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, but also not pushy. Right away when we walked in we were welcomed by someone but they allowed us to walk around on our own, which we liked. We were then approached by Cory, one of the managers and he was great! He showed us what we were looking for but didn't try to push us to buy anything before we were ready to. We could tell he was busy but he took the time to keep coming back to check on us. One of the saleswomen, Ana, came and took over for him and she was also great! She made sure we had all the information on the product we wanted and we ended up buying a beautiful chair from them! I would definitely recommend Dufresne to others after receiving such great service!
I recently purchased a dining set and sofa bed here. It was an easy shopping experience. I had done most of my research and viewing on line at home and came in to sit and see the actual products in the showroom. The whole experience was relaxed. Everyone was very helpful when we were ready; it wasnt a pressured atmosphere
We had a great experience with our recent shopping experience at Dufresne. Our salesperson (Ana) was terrific. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and never pushy. Our product was delivered promptly and well before the expected delivery date. We are very happy with our sectional and would definitely return to Dufresne for future furniture purchases.
Had a really great experience here after visiting another furniture store. Really good customer service, great selection of reclining sofas. Bought my first living room set. Only issue I had was the push for financing option after stating that I wouldn't need to finance. Otherwise great experience
